The objective of this role is to elevate the overall brand styling experience,generate stylingappointmentsandcreate more valuable, loyal customers that contribute to healthy KPIs. Role Responsibilities:<ul><li>Partners with the Director of Brand Styling to build program tools, strategies and reimagine the customer experience at all stages of their life cycle.  </li><li>Sets the vision and expectation for the retailstyling program, developing training tools and inspirational styling content to support execution. </li><li>Manages BrandStylist to create inspirational stylingandtraining content for the field.  </li><li>Drives a new, modern customer journey – bothin store and online –to attract new customers and further engage existing customers while curating an only-at-Anthro experience. </li><li>Acts as the brand apparel expert as it pertains to customer styling – collaborates with visual, e-commerce, and creative teams to align on brandstyling direction. </li><li>Owns the online styling program & leads a team of virtual stylists to host brand-right styling consultations & experiences to generate more loyal, valuable customers. </li><li>Meet sales & conversion goals as directed and managesappointment availability to meet agreed upon appointment quotas. Reports ononlinestyling sales & KPIs generated through appointments. </li><li>Communicates customer feedback with appropriate partners and identifies solutions. </li><li>Collaborates with field leadership and stylists as needed to mentor & develop new stylists and pass along cross-selling or in-store styling opportunities. </li><li>Connectscustomers with different styling services, team members & products across Anthropologie Apparel, Home, Weddings & Terrain in-store and online. </li><li>Partners with Marketing team to drive awareness & visibility to styling services and increase appointment booking rates & styling engagement. </li><li>Supports service, selling & training partners with relevant styling content as needed. </li><li>Performs administrative tasks for appointment & clienteling technology. </li><li>Hosts relevant calls, trainings & workshops to elevate the online styling program. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul>Role Qualifications:<ul><li>5+ years experience working in personal styling, apparel merchandising or retail sales management role  </li><li>Enthusiastic people-oriented individual who is passionate about the customerand demonstrates desire to help others grow and develop styling skills  </li><li>Deadline-driven, independent, proactive, motivated, dedicated and able to take initiative on projects </li><li>Creative and flexible mindset with a willingness to take risks and think outside of the box </li><li>Must work well in a team environment and display a willingness to pitch in</li><li>Outstanding creative and operational, verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Strong attention to detail & visual aesthetic </li><li>Highly motivated with strong organizational and follow through skills </li><li>Capacity to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, deals well with complexity </li><li>Ability inspire creative thinkers in complex businesses, not afraid to ‘roll up sleeves’ and dig in, maintains optimistic outlook </li><li>Ability to take feedback and make adjustments in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Strong understanding of Retail environment and basic retail business acumen </li><li>Expert understanding in apparel styling principles </li><li>Comprehensive knowledge of the Anthropologie customer and brand </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office programs </li><li>Coaching & development of direct reports </li><li>Basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite programs </li><li>Basic project management and design skills  </li><li>Ability to accommodate domestic travel and working in stores as needed </li></ul>#Anthropologie #LI-EC1The Perks:URBN offers comprehensive Perks & Benefits to employees.
