Why This Role Matters: This newly created position will work in the Law and Compliance Department and will play a key role in assisting the legal team with board meeting preparation, legal entity management, and insurance regulatory and statue corporate law filings, among other general corporate legal work. Provides general corporate governance support, such as maintaining signing authorizations, providing secretary certificates and know-your-client documentation, forming and organizing new legal entities, and due diligence and closing support for mergers and acquisitions.
