Assist in the generation and processing of Field and Purchase Requisitions, Material Receiving Reports, Site Storage Location Maps, material inventory lists, delivery exception reports (OSD&Ds, NCRs), and material Warranty. Coordinate and schedule material deliveries and provide guidance to Receiving and Offload crews about procedures for material receipt inspection and inventory, storage and staging, and collection and flow of shipping documentation.
