Minimum 20 years of experience in fundraising operations, with at least eight years in a senior leadership role within a large, complex nonprofit; experience working in federated, multi-entity, membership, affiliate, or similarly complex organizational structures strongly preferred. Leads an innovative approach to fundraising technology, with a focus on staying ahead of industry trends to ensure PPFA utilizes state-of-the-art tools for donor engagement; evaluates and deploys emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, predictive analytics, and automation solutions, to strengthen donor engagement, operational efficiency, and fundraising performance.
