The position also partners closely with senior leadership to support capital allocation, long-range planning, and M&A activity through diligence, valuation, business case development, and integration planning, while fostering a high-performing, collaborative FP&A team aligned with Benjamin Moore’s values. The Senior Manager of FP&A will lead core planning and performance management activities across budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and strategic decision support, with a strong focus on cost of goods sold, supply chain performance, and enterprise initiatives.
