Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) on facility and utility systems, including but not limited to air handlers, exhaust systems, electric heaters, electric boilers, chillers, reverse osmosis (RO) systems, compressed gas filter housings, lighting, building management systems (BMS), access controls, and pest control systems.
