Provide Skilled Nursing services to include monitoring of the clients health by performing vital signs checks, evaluating medical history - Assess client's condition each visit, documenting your observations and report any changes in health - Educate patients and their families on proper home health care strategies and procedures - Dress and/or redress open wounds and assess progress of healing - Listen to the patient and respond to concerns/requests - Coordinate with physicians, specialists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and anyone else involved in the client's care plan - Follow up with executing and properly documenting physicians orders - Adhere to all federal and state regulations and guidelines - Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain strict confidentiality of client information . - Valid State of Hawaii RN License - Valid Driver's License or Identification - Valid CPR / First Aid | BLS Certification - Compliant Initial 2-Step TB Clearance - Greenlit Fieldprint Background Check InfiniteCare-Plus is proud to offer competitive wages and a suite of benefits to our dedicated care team!
