This role is ideal for a hands-on backend engineer who can take ownership of integration work on a policy platform, set technical direction for a small delivery team, and become productive on a customer codebase with minimal ramp-up. The successful candidate will work closely with the delivery team and customer stakeholders, including the customer's tech lead, to ensure project success from initial definition through final delivery.
