You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication to tenants, visitors, and staff. Conduct regular and random patrols of commercial property interiors, exterior areas, parking facilities, common areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance or access concerns.
