Overview:
The Creative Production Manager is a creative strategist responsible for leading the Carle Health in-house production team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in brand strategy and storytelling, and deep experience creating impactful marketing materials across digital, video, social and print channels, for both consumer and provider audiences. A combination of in-house and agency experience is desirable, as it brings valuable perspective and adaptability to fast-paced, multi-client environments. A critical thinker, this person can effectively prioritize resources and creatively problem-solve to achieve business objectives. They are equally comfortable presenting to executive audiences and rolling up their sleeves to move projects to completion in a fast-paced environment. Location: position can be housed at any of our regional locations: Bloomington-Normal, Champaign-Urbana, Peoria

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Translates business needs into compelling integrated, cross-platform campaigns and creative strategies</li><li>Align brand and business goals.</li><li>Plans and produce high-quality content—including marketing collateral such as print, videos, and social media</li><li>Demonstrates a clear understanding of brand identity and campaign objectives.</li><li>Brings creative thinking to address design challenges</li><li>Ensures solutions are both innovative and strategically effective.</li></ul> <ul><li>Owns and evolves brand hierarchy and narrative</li><li>Ensures adherence to brand guidelines through brand reviews/quality control.</li><li>Develops and maintain a clear and consistent brand voice and editorial best practices.</li><li>Ability to balance client service mindset and internal stakeholder alignment.</li><li>Collaborates with stakeholders to deliver high-quality creative design solutions that maintain brand integrity.</li><li>Strong presentation and persuasive abilities to influence concepts and drive campaign development.</li></ul> <ul><li>Excellent leadership, project management and organizational skills.</li><li>Manages all phases of production, including pre-production, production, and post-production</li><li>Maintains production schedules, budgets, and resource plans.</li><li>Optimize campaigns for accessibility and performance</li><li>Leverages campaign data and insights to continuously enhance future campaigns.</li><li>Responsible for team outcomes, quality, growth, vision, and standards.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Proficiency in using multimedia production tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).</li></ul>

Certifications: <ul><li>N/A </li></ul>Education: <ul><li>Bachelor's Degree: Marketing or </li><li>Bachelor's Degree: Digital Media or </li><li>Bachelor's Degree: Communications or </li><li>Bachelor's Degree: Related Field</li></ul> Work Experience:<ul><li>Content Production, Digital Media, or Editorial Roles - 5 years </li><li>Creative Leadership & Art Direction: <ul><li>Proven experience leading, mentoring, and motivating creative teams to produce high-quality, on-brand content.  </li></ul></li><li>Brand & Content Strategy: <ul><li>Demonstrated capability in developing and maintaining consistent brand narratives across various marketing channels.</li></ul></li><li>Project Management in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Preferred: both agency and in-house experience </li></ul> Specialized Skills or Knowledge:<ul><li>Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.</li><li>Proficiency with CMS platforms, social media tools, and analytics dashboards.</li><li>Familiarity with multimedia production tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro)</li><li>Understanding of SEO, UX, and responsive design principles.</li><li>Experience in animation, live events, branded content, social media.</li><li>Knowledge of current trends in media and content production.</li><li>Excellent project management and organizational skills.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>

Salary Range:
The compensation range for this position is $39.88per hour - $68.59per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. Overview:
The Provider Recruitment Specialist performs and coordinates complex details in the support of provider recruitment for permanent physician, APP, and locum efforts across the organization to support the strategic initiative growth of Carle Physician Group. Active involvement in the recruitment process from the time a position is opened through the successful placement of a provider.

Responsibilities:
Facilitate sourcing efforts: to external firms, maintains carleconnect.com, coordinates communication between marketing for website and social media, researches and recommends additional advertising and/or networking resources. Organize and confirm participation in conventions, specialty meetings, and job fairs for provider recruitment. Registers Carle for participation, prepares and ships materials/equipment, maintains displays, works collaboratively with marketing to develop appropriate materials. Coordinate with the assigned recruiter, to support the recruitment process for permanent physician, APP, and locum providers. Assist in facilitating provider recruitment process: develop itinerary, make travel arrangements, including hotel and car rental, order and confirm meals for meetings, orders gift baskets, escorts candidates, when necessary. Manage initial screening and verification checks for viable candidates. Must have advanced computer skills and exceptional customer relations skills. Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree: Related Field; Experience In Lieu of Education Work Experience:<ul><li>Previous experience in recruiting, marketing, personnel, or related activities preferred. Understanding of healthcare and medical environment helpful. Some computer experience preferred.</li></ul>
