Floating Requirements: The float pool includes Critical Care Unit, Observation, Med Surg, General Surgery, Ortho Surgery, Short Stay Surgery, Thoracic Surgery, Neurosurgery, Oncology, Telemetry, and Progressive Care. Night shift candidates: Experience with CRRT, Impella, ECMO, and IABP would be helpful; clinicians with these device experiences will likely have PA catheter experience, but they do not need experience with all of these devices.
