Coordinate communication and priorities across operations, project management, accounting, and field teams Track commitments, action items, and key initiatives to ensure timely follow-through Maintain schedules, deadlines, and operational workflows Assist with onboarding coordination, expense tracking, and company-wide support activities Develop and maintain operational scorecards, reports, and tracking tools Identify gaps, anticipate challenges, and proactively recommend solutions Create consistency and accountability across multiple teams and responsibilities Help ensure important priorities remain visible, organized, and moving forward. 3+ years of administrative, operations, project coordination, office management, or related experience Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software systems Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail High level of professionalism, discretion, and accountability.
