In this role, you will own that connective tissue: the annual goal-setting cycle, the leadership team's operating cadence, org-wide events and internal communications, and the programs that make a distributed team feel like one. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
