ResponsibilitiesPerform kitting operations for internal customers and external suppliersPerform cycle counts and reconcile incorrect system records with actual physical inventoryUpdate inventory systems and ensure traceability of serialized or lot-controlled items in ERPEnsure safe and secure handling of sensitive or high-value aerospace componentsOperate material handling equipment including, but not limited to, forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand cartsSupport shipping operations by organizing pickups, packaging, and loadingQualifications2+ years of receiving, shipping, and/or inventory management experience with electrical componentsExperience with and understanding of inventory and kitting processesExperience within the aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, or electronic fieldsFamiliarity with ERP/MES systems for tracking inventory and inspection resultsFamiliarity with barcode scanners and label systemsKnowledge of ESD handling procedures and ITAR compliance requirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. unassistedStrong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environmentNice to HaveExperience with lean/5S warehouse practicesLifting, standing, climbing, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, stretching, and carrying are generally required to perform the functions of this positionWillingness to work overtime and weekends when needed to meet critical deadlinesUnderstanding of ISO 9001/AS9100 quality management systems including previous experience going through an ISO 9001/AS9100 auditForklift certificationCompensation and BenefitsBase salary range for this role is $25 - $35 per hour + equity in the companySalary will be based on several factors including, but not limited to: knowledge and skills, education, and experience levelComprehensive benefits package including paid time off, medical/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, paid parental leave, and many other perksIf you need a reasonable accommodation as part of your application for employment or interviews with us, please let us know.
