This role oversees staffing, workflow, facility conditions, and team development across warehouse fulfillment and production teams, and serves as the on-site leader in the absence of other operations leadership. Maintain a clean, safe working environment and complete facility walk-throughs, including opening/closing procedures, alarm checks, and equipment checks (e.g., charging stations, ice levels, temperatures).
