Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as criminal justice, intelligence studies, emergency management, or homeland security, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience preferred· 3-5 years of experience in security operations, emergency communications or dispatch, intelligence, corporate security, or a similar 24/7 monitoring environment. In this role, Supervisors direct daily GSOC operations, provide guidance on external events and physical-security incidents, review Analyst communications and intelligence products, and ensure appropriate response, escalation, and documentation.
