Basic understanding of Management Rights and Manage to the agreed upon Collective Bargaining Agreement Performs other duties as assigned and deemed necessary of the position Qualifications: College degree preferred Required one (1) to three (3) years in an operational environment Must demonstrate proficiency in basic financial and computer skills Strong organizational, planning and communication skills Must be detail oriented, excellent communicator, a team player and a self-starter understanding team goals.
