The role routinely works in warehouse and manufacturing support areas and may involve standing and walking for extended periods; climbing stairs; bending, reaching, and handling materials; working near docks and powered industrial trucks; and wearing required personal protective equipment. Lead shift start-up, labor allocation, tier meetings, daily priorities, and escalation for receiving, inspection staging, put-away, replenishment, production staging, returns, sampling support, cycle counting, picking, packing, and shipping.
