The role will analyze operational, financial, leasing, maintenance, occupancy, and turnover data; maintain reporting and dashboards; identify trends and performance gaps; and support teams in improving processes, efficiency, and execution. Analyze property and operational data related to occupancy, leasing, collections, maintenance, work orders, unit turns, make-ready timelines, and resident activity.
