The tenure-track professor will be responsible for teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels, contributing to the intellectual life of the Faculty and University by pursuing a full program of scholarly research and course development, advising undergraduate and graduate students, overseeing independent research projects, and engaging in an appropriate amount of service. Open to scholars working on diverse literary genres and media landscapes including but not limited to book history, print culture, and transmedia storytelling (i.e. cinema and television, video games, long-form narrative podcasts, radio, and new forms of visual and auditory storytelling).
