Performs labor duties involved in repairing and constructing concrete or asphalt streets, curbs, storm drains, etc. and employs equipment and accomplishes tasks such as sets forms, rakes asphalt, pour and smooth concrete, roll asphalt, jack hammers, etc. While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently is required to stand; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk and hear.
