Performs advanced focused architecting, optimizing, implementing, configuring, managing, administering, troubleshooting, maintaining and monitoring one or more of the following: infrastructure software, hardware, systems/applications, middleware, servers/storage, and IP-based telecommunications. Experience managing hardware and software infrastructure, including Windows server support, imaging devices, troubleshooting devices, upgrading software, creating automated software installations, supporting and administering cloud-based software, user management, and other tasks as needed.
