The Manager, System Operator Training is directly responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating a coordinated training program for NYISO and Transmission Owner system operators as well as NYISO Operations Support Personnel to assure reliable interconnected system operation, in compliance with NERC, NPCC and NYSRC training requirements. Evaluate, select, and implement Learning Management Software which promotes efficiency across course development, course presentation, learner evaluation, maintenance of required records for demonstration of compliance during audits, and submission of needed information to maintain provider certification with NERC.
