Must be able to read and interpret instrument loop diagrams, sketches and manufacturers specifications, make simple chemical and physical control tests, and prepare clear written reports, as required, on all phases of the operations. Must understand and operate the console equipment including CRTs, communication equipment, recorders, printers, keyboards and other control instruments used in the Cement Plant.
