Read, interpret, and follow procedures, drawings, instructions, data sheets, blueprints, and technical manuals • Possess knowledge of plant processes and products • Plans and performs various final inspection and Q.C. auditing processes including gauging set-ups, magnetic particle inspection, sizing and marking of components, and other visual and dimensional checks • Inspects for defects and makes disposition of rejects • Work closely with the team to provide coverage for maximum uptime and coordinate with various support centers for cell needs • Trains team members to perform various duties • Maintains a clean and safe work environment and is attentive to processes to avoid costly scrap, rework, and repairs and to attain schedule requirements. Basic Qualifications: • 18 years of age or older • Must be eligible to work in the US • Must be willing to work overtime • Must be willing to work any shift • Ability to read and interpret complicated drawings, instructions, procedures, and blueprints • Ability to do advanced mathematics and handbook formulas • Capable of learning mechanical and/or electrical principles • Ability to use complicated measuring tools • Must possess good training and communication skills • Must have strong mechanical aptitude and display good organizing capabilities • Awareness of TRP processes and products • Minimum of 3 years experience in one of the following areas: N/C Machining, Grinding, Inspection or Machine Repair.
