The ideal candidate has a strong background in commercial construction, preferably within Division 8 (Doors, Frames & Hardware) or Division 10 (Specialties) , and understands the complexities of managing multiple projects, coordinating field personnel, maintaining installation quality, and working closely with project managers, general contractors, and customers. Our Client is seeking an experienced, hands-on Field Manager to oversee daily field operations, coordinate subcontractors and installation crews, and ensure commercial construction projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with project specifications.
