Knowledge of: Knowledge of law enforcement and policing principles in crime response, prevention and investigation, focused on operational field work; Real-Time Information Center functions; video management systems; fixed and mobile camera platforms; public safety databases; local geography relevant to police operations, police department structure and functions, emergency response environments and protocols, record keeping, reporting and documentation practices, basics of psychological trauma and stress responses, crisis intervention principles, applicable federal, state, and local regulations related to law enforcement information, data privacy, and unmanned aerial systems. The Operator monitors various technology and live time viewable systems, 911-related information, and data resource platforms to enhance and relay accurate, timely information to responding officers.
