Perform initial assessment, triage, and resolution for common incidents; escalate complex or critical issues to Tier 2 or appropriate technical teams- Ensure that all technical baseline infrastructure is maintained at an optimal level to satisfy customer mission needs.- Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
