Position requires a bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene, public health, health education, health administration, or a related field, three years of experience in dental hygiene, public health, population health, outreach, care coordination, community health, or related healthcare programs, including experience working with clinical quality programs and initiatives, and two years of leadership experience.
