Shift & Pay<ul><li style="margin:0in 0in 8pt">1st Shift– Monday–Friday</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 8pt">6:00 AM – 2:30 PM EST</li></ul>What You’ll Do (and Own!)<ul><li style="margin:0in 0in 8pt">Operate an electric pallet jack to zoom around and pick orders accurately</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 8pt">Manually count and organize items—attention to detail is everything!</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 8pt">Follow pick sheets (paper-based—no RF scanners here) to grab the right SKUs</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 8pt">Pack and prep orders with care, making sure everything’s perfect</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 8pt">Keep your work area clean, organized, and ready for action</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 8pt">Write legible labels and records by hand (great handwriting required!)</li></ul>Who We’re Looking For<ul><li style="margin:0in 0in 8pt">Transferable warehouse, picking, or physical labor experience</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 8pt">Strong attention to detail, good math skills, and super-accurate SKU counting</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 8pt">Excellent handwriting (no sloppy notes!)</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 8pt">Ready for a physical workout—lifting boxes all day</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 8pt">Great attitude and culture fit—first day is walking the floor to learn the layout</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 8pt">Must interview well and show you’re a team player</li></ul>Awesome Perks<ul><li style="margin-bottom:0in;margin:0in 0in 8pt">Weekly Pay</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in;margin:0in 0in 8pt">Benefits Start Day One!</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in;margin:0in 0in 8pt">Paid Training</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in;margin:0in 0in 8pt">Real Opportunity for Growth</li></ul> How to Apply (No Walk-Ins!)Apply first to schedule your onsite interview!
