Perform and manage clinical skills including blood administration, skeletal and buck's traction, wound care, wound vac management, drains (JP, CT), heparin and insulin drips, high-flow oxygen, stable BiPAP, and PCA pain management. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including hospitalists, intensivists, specialists, respiratory therapy, vascular access, and sepsis/rapid response resource teams - all available 24/7.
