Specific surgical skills required include ALIF, craniotomy, kyphoplasty, laminectomy/discectomy, lumbar fusion, XLIF, appendectomy, cholecystectomy, colon resection, hernia repair, thyroidectomy, Whipple procedures, arthroscopy, open/closed fracture reductions, total joint replacement, hysterectomy, colporrhaphy, tubal ligation, D&C, and laparoscopic gynecological procedures. Holiday coverage required for Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Day, and New Year's Eve/Day, with limited holiday RTO consideration only if three holidays fall within the assignment.
