As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you would work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to improve residents' quality of life and ability to perform daily activities by assisting with therapy activities and exercises scheduled in a treatment plan. When working at a Sanford Health Facility (not required but preferred for GSS Facilities): Must also be certified as an Occupational Therapy Assistant through the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
