Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience: If no bachelor's degree, 7 years' experience is required in direct patient care, return-to-work coordination, occupational health care, or equivalent experience (direct patient care includes nurse, medical assistant, nurse navigators, and existing care coordinators, but does not include referral coordinators, schedulers, or clinical administrative staff). Under the general direction of the COHE Manager, the Health Services Coordinator (HSC) plays a critical role within the COHE by working directly with injured workers, employers, health care providers, and other program participants to navigate the WA worker's compensation system.
