The Therapy Program Director (PD) is responsible for directing clinical assessments, program development, quality improvement, and productivity enhancement in a flexible interdisciplinary environment in campus location/s, home health, and/or outpatient care. • Oversee the allocation and management of resources, including staffing, equipment, and budget, to support the successful delivery of therapy services.
