Overnight Closer (Member Services Representative) will be responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests.

ol>Conducts Pre-Registration tasks for specified inpatients and outpatients prior to their date of service including: collects demographic, financial, and clinical information necessary for financial clearance of scheduled patients; obtains missing insurance information via patient's family or physician offices; and completes insurance verification using online electronic verification system or contacting payor directly. Collects patient's necessary demographic and financial information from physician offices, acute-care entities, or the patients themselves, schedules services for patients, and handles referrals from primary care doctors to ensure patients are scheduled for recommended appointments/procedures, etc.
li>Technical Screening: The technical team then prepares a matrix of the particular requirements and required experience for the position and using a list of questions and the results, re-validates the candidates' technical skills. Required Certifications:CPR is required within two weeks of hire First Aid is required within two weeks of hirePsychiatric Rehabilitation Division New Employee Training courses are required, excluding MAP Crisis Intervention/Staff Safety and Infectious Diseases are required within six months of hire Other trainings, as assigned.
Maintaining a clean work environment by completing general clean tasks including wiping workstations, cleaning equipment, washing dishes, and sweeping and mopping floors. Closing times vary by location, with some concepts/restaurants closing as early as midnight and some restaurants/concepts open until 4am or later.
