In this role, you will communicate with customers to identify their needs, process requests, escalate complaints, and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience with our company. Use best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customers.

Our ideal candidate will also: Effectively use Microsoft Office software, Outlook, Word, Excel, to communicate via email to maintain weekly sales plans, call reports, customer contact files, and to analyze customer data. Be able to ask probing questions to understand customer needs, overcome objections by recommending profitable solutions, explain our value-added services, and ask for the order and close the sale.
