Under the direct supervision of the Front Office Supervisor the Customer Service Representative is responsible for front office day-to-day activities including answeringphones, scheduling appointments, registration of patients, collection of patient payments, filing charts, pulling charts for lab and x-ray reports and other customer service representative duties as requested. Maintains an accurate daily patient activity report which includes a record of scheduled, no-show, re-scheduled and canceled patient appointments and provides a monthly activity report to the supervisor.
