The General Merchandise and Food Sales team leads inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, pricing and promotional signing processes for all General Merchandise (GM) areas of the store. This team leads Food & Beverage and Food Service, providing a fresh and food safe experience. The role of an Inbound Expert can provide you with the:<ul><li>Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest first culture across the store\u202f</li><li>Experience in retail business fundamentals including: department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency and improvement</li><li>Experience executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals\u202f</li></ul>As an Inbound Expert, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will most likely include the following responsibilities:<ul><li>Execute a detailed, accurate and efficient sorting operation.</li><li>Stock, organize and store reserve product and straighten merchandise on sales floor.</li><li>Maintain product availability on the salesfloor for GM categories.</li><li>Operate powered equipment as necessary while unloading freight or moving merchandise.</li><li>Process defective merchandise and handle environmentally sensitive (ESIM) items in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.</li><li>Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance.</li><li>Work in a safe manner at all times; comply with all safety policies, best practices, and training; report hazards and correct where possible.</li><li>Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up (OPU) and Drive up (DU) and maintain a compliance culture while executing those duties, such as compliance with federal, state, and local adult beverage laws.</li><li>Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks.</li><li>When guests need assistance, engage with guests in a welcoming way, to help solve their specific needs.</li><li>Thank guests and let them know we're happy they chose to shop at Target.</li><li>All other duties based on business needs</li></ul>WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORThis may be the right job for you if:<ul><li>You enjoy interacting and helping others - including guests that shop our store and fellow team members you work with.</li><li>You thrive in a fast-moving, highly active and physically demanding role, where teamwork, flexibility, and creative problem solving are key to success.</li><li>You are open to working a flexible work schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays and other peak shopping times).</li></ul>The good news is that we have some amazing training that will help teach you everything you need to know to be an Inbound Expert. Overview:
Helio Health is on a mission to treat and promote recovery from the effects of substance use, mental health disorders, and other behavioral healthcare issues. The Guest Services Specialist will work on aFull-Time basis out of Helio Health’s Binghamton Evaluation Center. Schedule: 12am-8:30am 1 weekend day per week.  Sun-Thurs OR Tues-Sat.  In addition to Helio Health’s comprehensive benefits package, all Full-Time Guest Services Specialists are eligible for a Sign-Onincentive up to $1,500! Pay:  up to $17.39 per hour.  

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>The Guest Services Specialist position assists in orientating patients, manage ongoing needs throughout the patients stay in the program and prepare and maintain the facility for use and cleanliness. </li><li>In this position you will assist with admission process of program including orientating patients to the facility, responding to patient inquiries and requests and resolving issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner. </li><li>The Guest Services Specialist will demonstrate thorough knowledge of program expectations and schedules and assist patients in managing these activities. </li><li>Assist with crisis intervention activities, as requested.</li><li>You will also ensure the facility is maintained in a clean and safe manner at all times. </li><li>Other duties as assigned by supervisor. </li></ul>  

Qualifications:
