This role supervises both Lead Clinical Assistants and Clinical Assistants, coordinates shift coverage, enforces facility processes, policies and procedures, and serves as the primary point of escalation for incidents, staffing issues, and client needs during their assigned shift or coverage period. With over 15 unique locations, we manage and support 500+ dedicated employees serving over 300 residential clients daily located across five states: California, Idaho, Maine, New Hampshire, and Texas.
