Responsibilities and Duties<ul><li>Interact with our fellow hosts and guests with a friendly and helpful manner at all times.</li><li>Comply with Callaway standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient operations at all times.</li><li>Must have knowledge of department of health standards or the ability to learn.</li><li>Must have knowledge of specific food and beverage storage needs as well as various other product information or have the ability to learn.</li><li>Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to drive a company vehicle.</li><li>Must work well with a team.</li><li>Be able to work well in high-pressure situations while maintaining composure and objectivity.</li><li>Be able to interact with guests and hosts in a friendly service-oriented manner.</li><li>Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming to include wearing a name tag and proper uniform.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager. Comply at all times with standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient operations.</li></ul> Qualifications<ul><li>Must be flexible with working on weekends and holidays.</li><li>This position’s responsibility spans over multiple venues and outlets.</li><li>Working closely with others is required. Open communication is necessary.</li><li>Must be able to lift or move at least 25lbs regularly. Must be able to work in any weather condition. Must be able to stand for long periods of time.</li></ul>
