This role ensures proper ticket handling, secure cash management, and a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests. The Cashier works closely with team members and management to ensure compliance with cash-handling procedures, safety standards, and company policies while consistently exceeding customer and client expectations.<br/><br/></div><br/><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><br/><ul><li>Accurately process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions </li><li>Complete nightly inventory</li><li>Maintain organized cash drawer and tickets at all times </li><li>Prepare cash control and summary sheets neatly and accurately </li><li>Report all cash overages and shortages promptly </li><li>Ensure adequate change is available throughout the shift </li><li>Complete shift and daily reconciliations of receipts, cash, and charges </li><li>Perform revenue drops following location-specific procedures </li><li>Secure all funds and control documents in deposit bags prior to deposit </li><li>Greet and depart guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner </li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by being pleasant, helpful, and solution-oriented </li><li>Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently, escalating when necessary </li><li>Answer guest questions and provide clear information regarding parking procedures </li><li>Communicate respectfully and professionally with guests, clients, and teammates </li><li>Issue and/or collect visitor parking tickets </li><li>Match visitor ticket forms when original tickets cannot be located </li><li>Assist guests entering or exiting the property </li><li>Answer telephone calls promptly and courteously, when required </li><li>Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe cashier booth and surrounding work area </li><li>Clean and organize the interior of the booth and booth windows </li><li>Ensure signage and equipment are clean and free of vandalism or graffiti </li><li>Walk the parking lot to pick up trash and replace garbage liners as needed </li><li>Ensure supplies are stocked, properly stacked, and organized </li><li>Maintain a safe and secure work environment at all times </li><li>Lock windows and doors and secure cash if leaving the booth for any reason </li><li>Report all accidents, incidents, suspicious activity, or safety concerns immediately </li><li>Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards </li><li>Follow Reimagined Parking dress code and grooming standards </li><li>Ensure punctuality and accurate timecard punches at the start and end of each shift </li></ul><div><strong> OTHER DUTIES: </strong><br/><br/>Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain an all‐inclusive list of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required for this job.
