A Resting Overnight DSP During the active portion of the shift, the DSP assists with routine household responsibilities, prepares the home for the following day, and provides support with any scheduled or emerging needs. Maintain a positive, productive team environment including relationships with people supported, families, management, coworkers and community associations.
