The licensed Charge Nurse has knowledge of and utilizes appropriate resident care planned protocols for the medical, social, spiritual, physical, nutritional & psychological prerequisites. The Charge Nurse leads NA/C.N.As, Lead C.N.A.s, Resident Care Staff and UMAs to assure quality compassionate care & services. The Charge Nurse assumes general resident care, safety & services.Required Skills: Must be a licensed nurse in the State of South Dakota.
