Ability to operate tools inclusive of step stool, carts, register, safety cutter, rolling ladder, food preparation equipment, ovens, warmers, food mixers, meat cutting instruments, various carts including pallet jacks, packaging components and equipment, and cleaning supplies. Other duties include order writing, Freshness/Quality (code checking), Item to tag integrity, report all risks or safety issues to management, ensure proper temperatures in cases/coolers, maintain inventory accuracy, and operate check stand.
