Responsible for organizing all testing activities across day-to-day support and project delivery, defining test approach and coverage, coordinating QA work across agile/scrum ceremonies, validating Salesforce configuration and custom development, ensuring regression readiness, and driving quality practices that improve release confidence, production stability, and user outcomes. Working closely with product owners, scrum masters, developers, analysts, configuration admins, technical leads, architects, release management, integration, security, and data teams, this role directs the quality assurance strategy and execution for a Salesforce delivery pod supporting Sales, Service, and Configuration workstreams.
