You are the "Guardian of the Hotel" overnight. Real Talk: This is not a sitting job where you watch Netflix. This is an active role. You are responsible for the safety of our guests, the accuracy of our revenue, and the productivity of our laundry operations. You will be working solo and must be comfortable handling situations without immediate supervision. Core Responsibilities: <ul><li>The "4-Cycle" Laundry Rule: You are required to wash, dry, and fold a minimum of 4 full cycles of linens per shift. This is a non-negotiable KPI. </li><li>The Financial Audit: Run the Night Audit reports in the PMS. </li><li>Security & Safety: Monitor security cameras actively. Enforce strict "Quiet Hours." You are the "Guardian of the Hotel." </li><li>Front Desk Operations: Handle late-night walk-ins and guest emergencies. Note: We operate a "No Cash Drawer" front desk for your safety; you will follow strict "Immediate Drop" procedures for any cash collected. </li><li>Lobby Reset: Sweep, mop, and sanitize the lobby... (Same as above)</li></ul>The "Non-Negotiables" (Requirements): <ul><li>Reliability: You are the only person on shift. If you call out, the hotel shuts down. We require 100% attendance reliability. </li><li>Street Smarts: You must possess the confidence to work alone at night and handle difficult people with professionalism and firmness. </li><li>Tech Savvy: Must be comfortable learning Hotel Software. Responsibilities:
About the Overnight Cleaner Role: As the Overnight Cleaner, you will be responsible for the overall cleanliness and sanitation of all areas of the facility to ensure an outstanding member experience.  Cleanliness is critical to the Planet Fitness brand and the safety of our team members and members. These responsibilities include:<ul><li>Thoroughly clean and sanitize all common areas (i.e., restrooms, locker room, fitness equipment, Black Card Spa) according to Planet Fitness cleaning standards.</li><li>Vacuum floor surfaces and operate the floor scrubber machine according to established schedule.</li><li>Properly dispose of trash and maintain the trash cans/cleaning centers.</li><li>Replenish supplies and paper products as needed. Communicate inventory needs to the Club Manager.</li><li>Clean/dust items high off the ground (i.e., ceiling fans, TVs, rafters)</li><li>Report any broken or missing amenities or equipment (Toilets, faucets, showers, hair dryers, gym equipment etc.) to the Club Manager.</li><li>Operate washing machine and dryer.</li><li>Maintain cleaning equipment (i.e., cleaning the mop bucket, emptying vacuum bags)</li></ul>Daily responsibilities of the Overnight Cleaner may also include:<ul><li>Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club; assisting them with any questions or concerns as they check in.</li><li>Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with their inquiries.</li><li>Execute retail transactions with accuracy and drive sales goals.</li><li>Resolve member concerns and escalate to a Manager as needed.</li><li>Frequently perform a comprehensive walk of all club areas; quickly fix any safety/policy issues and address cleanliness concerns.</li></ul>
