We handle a wide range of legal issues, and you will help us run our contracting process end-to-end, strengthen the operational infrastructure that allows Legal to scale with the company, and make a tangible, company-wide impact as we grow. What you'll do: Review, negotiate, draft, and manage a high volume of commercial agreements, including non-disclosure agreements, vendor agreements, statements of work, order forms, amendments, and renewals.
