HOUR

Overview:
Stock Clerks provide counter service to RGRTA employees to issue parts that are currently in inventory. The Stock Clerk will also perform various inventory control support functions such as: cycle counts, data entry in inventory systems, and stocking shelves. This is an hourly position and the rate of pay will be $18.50 to $21.50 per hour. 

Responsibilities:
Provide quality customer service to include but not limited to the following:<ul><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Meet and greet customers</li><li>Review supplied requisition forms to ensure they are properly completed (Signatures, timestamps, part numbers, descriptions and quantities)</li><li>Pull inventory from shelves and issue to RGRTA personnel</li><li>Inform customers when requested parts are available</li></ul> Inventory Management Requirements<ul><li>Generating Sales Orders for parts issued</li><li>Performing weekly inventory cycle counts</li><li>Restocking shelves</li></ul> Other Requirements<ul><li>Follow established guidelines for vehicle and equipment maintenance  </li><li>Provide 24 hour support at the RGRTA location during emergencies</li><li>Travel to vendor locations to pickup parts</li><li>Assist with inventory research projects as requested</li><li>Adhere to required procedures</li><li>Assist with Store Manager duties as assigned</li><li>Assist in generating invoices for customer requisitions in the inventory system</li><li>Assist in entry of vendor receiving documents in the inventory system</li><li>Assist in performing counts during Wall to Wall inventories at site</li></ul> 

Qualifications:
<ul><li>1 year computer experience</li><li>24-hour availability</li><li>Valid Driver’s License with two years driving experience</li></ul>

Preferred Qualifications:
<ul><li>Attention to detail and adhere to required procedures</li><li>1 year Inventory experience</li><li>1 year Customer Service Role</li><li>Experience in inventory/point of sale applications</li><li>ASE Certification</li><li>1 year experience in Asset Works software package</li><li>1 year experience with transit bus parts</li><li>1 year experience with auto and/or HD truck parts</li></ul>

Physical Requirements:
Medium work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

Technical Sales Representative The TECHNICAL SALES DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM is the premier opportunity for you to learn consultative, solution-based sales. Sales professionals work in a highly professional and fast-paced office an average of two days a week, while three days a week they visit manufacturers in a sales territory so that they can consult face-to-face on solving customers' critical quality control, reliability, and research or design applications. The Technical Sales Development Program is your opportunity to gain the training necessary to become an entry-level, direct sales professional.
