Who We're Looking For: • High school diploma or equivalent • At least 21 years old with a valid drivers license and good driving record • Strong communication and observation skills • Comfortable working overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays • Prior experience with youth or in residential care is a plus • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
